Peebles Netball was established in September 2006. It is aimed at girls aged 11 years - 18 years. The Club coach is Linda Nicholson. Mel Young assists at practices and matches.

The club enters teams in the National Youth Cup, the National Secondary Schools Cup and the Edinburgh league. We also run the Borders District Squad.  We currently have 6 competitive teams. 

Our Under-13 players were Scottish Schools Champions for 2007.  Both of our teams won the Edinburgh League for 2007.  Our Under-13 players reached the final of the National Youth Cup for Scottish Clubs in 2007.

We have 2 practices each week. Tuesdays at the Gytes at 4pm - 5.30 pm is for team players aged S2 and upwards. Wednesdays at the Gytes at 4pm - 5.30pm is for girls in P7 and S1.   We also host a fun Friday night "turn up and play" from 4-5pm at Peebles High School targeted largely at girls who dont play on any team.

Please note that on occasions Peebles Netball makes use of photos and videos at netball practices and matches.  Before teams play, all parents are given the opportunity to request that their child does not feature in photos and/or videos.  Unless advised otherwise, Peebles Netball will continue to include any of the team players in photos and videos for promotional, media and/or training purposes.
